A review request that lands before the parcel is wasted. AfterShip tells Quoli when each parcel is delivered, so your review requests wait until the box arrives.

Set it up
➀ How to complete the integration. The four steps, in order.
➁ Your Quoli address. Copy address copies the webhook address for AfterShip. It holds your store's own secret, so keep it to AfterShip.
Copy your Quoli address.
In AfterShip, open Settings ▸ Notifications ▸ Webhooks and add the address as a webhook URL, on the latest webhook version.
Select the Delivered event and save. AfterShip's test webhook should succeed, and the card then shows Connected.
In Quoli, open Settings ▸ Collect & publish and set Start after to After delivery.
Your request emails and your wait stay as you set them in Collect & publish. Only the start moves to the delivery.
How timing works

To stop, delete the webhook in AfterShip. Review requests then follow Collect & publish again.
💡 Tip: With delivery timing, a short wait works best: 3 to 5 days after delivery gives customers time to try the product.
