Collection-page stars involve two parties: Quoli writes each product's rating into the standard rating fields, and your theme reads them onto its product cards. Missing stars means one side has not done its part yet, and the check order is fixed.
1. Run the sync
Open Settings, then Widgets, pick Collection Ratings, and click Sync ratings. The result message is explicit about what happened: how many products were written, whether stale ratings were cleared, and whether anything failed. If it says there are no ratings to sync yet, that is your answer, stars appear once you have reviews.

2. Turn on your theme's rating display
In your theme editor, open a collection page, select the product grid section, and enable Show product rating in its settings, then save. Themes ship with this off more often than not, and no amount of syncing shows stars while the theme is not displaying them.
3. No rating option in your theme?
Some themes never built a product-card rating. For those, the Collection Ratings card offers a one-line embed: copy the snippet, paste it inside your collection's product loop, and the stars render in the same style as your product page ratings. The Collection Ratings guide has the snippet and where it goes.
Still odd?
Stars on some products only. Correct behavior: products without reviews get no stars, and ratings cleared on purpose when reviews were removed.
Numbers look stale. Re-run Sync ratings after large imports or bulk moderation, then hard-refresh the collection page.
š” Tip: Because the ratings live in standard fields, fixing this once usually fixes search results pages and quick-view modals at the same time, anywhere your theme reads the same data.
