🌟 Ratings aren't showing on collection pages

Collection Ratings is a line of code in your theme's product card, not a block. Where it goes, why stars can be missing, and themes that show their own stars.

Collection Ratings puts stars under each product card on your collection, search and home pages. It isn't a block you drag in: it's one line of code in your theme's product card, added once.

Where: Settings ▸ Widgets ▸ Collection Ratings ▸ Instructions

Needs: The Quoli Core Script, switched on

The Collection Ratings instructions with the code to copy

1. Is the code in your product card?

The card in Settings ▸ Widgets says Manual setup: Quoli can't check code in your theme, so it never says Active. Open Instructions, click Copy code, and paste it inside your theme's product card, in a Custom Liquid block or in the product card file of your theme code. Save, then reload a collection page.

Pasted outside the product card, the code has no product to read and shows nothing. Add widgets with code goes through it step by step.

2. Is the Quoli Core Script on?

Collection Ratings loads through the Core Script. If Settings ▸ Widgets shows Quoli app embed is not active, click Activate app embed and save.

3. Does the product have reviews?

A product with no published reviews shows no stars at all, rather than five empty ones. Its stars appear with its first published review.

4. Did you change themes?

The code lives in the theme you pasted it into. After switching themes, paste it into the new theme's product card too.

Themes that show their own stars

Some themes show stars on product cards without any code, from the rating saved with each product. That's the same rating search results read, and Quoli keeps it up to date as reviews change. To refresh it now, go to Settings ▸ General ▸ Ratings in search results and click Sync now. See Get your stars into search results.

💡 Tip: Use one or the other. If your theme already shows its own stars, adding Collection Ratings puts two sets of stars on every card.
