Quoli sends nine kinds of email to your customers, and every one of them lives in a single library where you can see its status, its trigger, and a live preview. Open Settings, then Emails.
The nine templates
Requests:
Review request. The main ask. Fires after your configured post-order delay.
Review request reminder. The follow-up for customers who have not reviewed yet.
Photo and video request. Sent after a text-only review is approved, asking for media.
Discounts:
Photo and video discount. Delivers the reward when a media review is approved.
Media discount reminder. Nudges customers before an issued discount expires.
Notifications:
On-site review confirmation. Confirms a review submitted through your storefront form was received.
Reply notification. Tells a customer you replied on their review.
Review edit request. Carries the secure edit link when you invite a revision.

Work the library
Each card shows the template's status, Active or Inactive, its trigger in plain words, and a preview of the current design. Filter by type or status, search by name, and click Edit template to open any of them in the editor. The details of editing live in Edit your emails.
What you will not find here
Operational notices addressed to you, like import results and export downloads, are system emails rather than customer emails. They are not in the library because there is nothing to brand or schedule about them, they simply arrive when their job finishes.
š” Tip: The two templates worth polishing first are the review request and its reminder, they carry nearly all your volume. The rest matter, but those two pay rent.
