Every review request Quoli sends is tracked in the Orders tab. Use this view to monitor delivery status, spot issues, and take action on pending requests.
Access the Orders tab
Open Quoli from your Shopify admin.
Click Orders in the left menu.
You'll see a table with all your recent orders and their review request status.
What each column means
Order Number β the Shopify order ID.
Date β when the order was placed.
Product β number of items in the order.
Name β customer name.
Email β customer email address.
Request Status β the current state of the review request (see below).
Actions β quick actions you can take on each order.
Review request statuses
Unfulfilled (yellow) β the order hasn't been fulfilled yet, so no review request has been scheduled.
Scheduled (blue) β the review request is queued and will be sent on the date shown (e.g., "Scheduled for Apr 5, 2026").
Sent (green) β the review request email was delivered to the customer.
Cancelled (red) β the review request was cancelled (manually or due to order changes).
Available actions
In the Actions column, you'll find quick action icons for each order:
Send manual request (paper plane icon) β manually send a review request to this customer.
View order details (cart icon) β open the full order in Shopify.
Cancel request (X icon) β cancel a scheduled or pending review request.
Filter your view
Use the filters at the top of the Orders tab to narrow down what you see:
Time filters β Last 30 Days, Last 90 Days, or a custom date range.
Status filters β All, Pending/Scheduled, Request Sent, Review Collected, Request Cancelled, or Missed.
π‘ Pro Tip: Check the "Missed" filter weekly to catch orders where review requests didn't go out (usually due to missing email addresses or cancelled orders). You can manually follow up on these to recover potential reviews.
