Create an ad from a review

From review to download-ready creative in about five minutes.

Here is the whole journey: pick a template, pick a review, polish, download. Five minutes for your first ad, faster after that. UGC Ads Studio is available on Growth and Unlimited.

Start a project

  1. Open UGC Ads, then Templates.

  2. Filter by layout for where the ad will run: Story / Reel for vertical placements, Feed or Square for in-feed, Wide for banners.

  3. Tap the template you like. The editor opens as a new project.

Choose the review

Pick the source review for the ad. The strongest candidates have a sharp quotable line and a good photo or video. Reviews you have already converted to nuggets are a shortcut, since they are pre-distilled quotes. The template fills with the review's text, rating, reviewer name, and media.

Polish in the editor

The live canvas sits in the middle, controls on the sides:

  • Elements. Add text, shapes, or a CTA button. Select any element to recolor, restyle, reorder, duplicate, or delete it.

  • Brand kit. Your logo, colors, and fonts are applied from the start, so polishing is usually trims rather than design work.

  • Image tools. Smart crop keeps the subject centered for the format, and detects faces so people stay in frame. On Unlimited, Remove background lifts the product out of a messy customer photo in a couple of seconds, with Restore original one click away.

  • QI ad copy. On Unlimited, generate headline and caption variants from the review. See QI tools in the ads studio.

Download and run

Export your finished creative as PNG and MP4, sized for the format you picked, and upload it to your ads manager like any other asset. The project stays saved for the next variant.

šŸ’” Tip: Keep the customer's words verbatim on the creative, typos and all if you dare. Light cleanup is fine, but over-edited quotes start reading like brand copy, and brand copy is exactly what UGC ads are beating.
