As your review count grows, you need fast ways to find specific reviews and take action at scale. Quoli's filtering, search, and bulk action tools make it easy to manage hundreds (or thousands) of reviews efficiently.

Search for reviews

Use the search bar at the top of Quoli β†’ Reviews β†’ Manage Reviews to find reviews by:

  • Customer name or email

  • Product title

  • Review content (keywords)

Filter reviews

Combine filters to drill down to exactly the reviews you need:

By status:

  • Published β€” Reviews currently live on your store.

  • Pending β€” Reviews waiting for approval.

  • Archived β€” Reviews hidden from your storefront.

By rating:

  • Filter by specific star ratings (1β˜… through 5β˜…) to focus on positive or negative feedback.

By type:

  • Featured β€” Show only reviews you've pinned.

  • Photo/Video β€” Show only reviews with visual content.

  • Replied β€” Show reviews you've already responded to.

By product:

  • Select a specific product to see only its reviews.

Bulk actions

Handle multiple reviews in one go:

  1. Use the checkbox next to each review to select it, or use the Select All checkbox at the top.

  2. Click the Bulk Actions dropdown.

  3. Choose an action:

  • Approve Selected β€” Publish all selected pending reviews.

  • Archive Selected β€” Hide all selected reviews from your store.

  • Reply to Selected β€” Send a single reply to all selected reviews (great for thank-you messages).

⚠️ Heads up: Bulk reply sends the same message to all selected reviews. Make sure the reply is generic enough to work for all of them (e.g., "Thanks for your feedback!").

Common workflows

Morning moderation routine:

  1. Filter by Pending status.

  2. Quickly scan reviews β€” approve legitimate ones, archive spam.

  3. Reply to any negative reviews that need attention.

  4. Feature standout reviews with photos.

Finding UGC for marketing:

  1. Filter by Photo/Video type and 5β˜… rating.

  2. Browse through visual reviews for the best content.

  3. Click Create Ad on standout reviews to turn them into social ads.
