Reply to a review manually

  1. Open Quoli β†’ Reviews β†’ Manage Reviews.

  2. Find the review you want to respond to.

  3. Click Reply.

  4. Type your response in the reply box.

  5. Click Submit Reply.

Your reply will appear directly below the customer's review on your storefront.

  1. Click Reply on any review.

  2. Click the AI Reply button (✨).

  3. Quoli generates a suggested reply based on the review's content, rating, and tone.

  5. Click Submit Reply to publish.
