Collecting photo and video reviews can significantly enhance your product’s credibility and engagement on your online store.

Quoli allows you to easily gather photo/video reviews from your customers. Here’s a detailed guide on how to enable and customize these settings.

Enabling Photo/Video Reviews

To start collecting photo and video reviews, follow these steps:

  1. Navigate to Collect Reviews: Go to the Quoli dashboard and click on the “Collect Reviews” tab.

  2. Enable Photo Reviews: In the “Photo Reviews” section, select “Enabled” from the dropdown menu. This will allow customers to upload photos with their reviews.

  3. Enable Video Reviews: Similarly, in the “Video Reviews” section, select “Enabled” from the dropdown menu to allow video uploads.

Setting Up Photo/Video Reminders

Encouraging customers to upload photos and videos can sometimes require a gentle nudge. Quoli’s reminder feature helps ensure more customers complete their reviews with multimedia:

  1. Enable Photo/Video Reminders: In the “Photo/Video Reminder” section, select “Enabled” from the dropdown menu. This will activate the reminder email feature.

  2. Set Reminder Interval: Choose the time interval after which the reminder email should be sent. Options range from 1 day to 14 days. For example, setting it to “2 days” will send a reminder email 2 days after the initial review submission if no photo or video has been uploaded.

  3. Save Settings: Click “Save” to apply all your changes.

Tips and Suggestions for Collecting High-Quality Photo/Video Reviews

  • Clear Instructions: Ensure that the review request email includes clear instructions on how to upload photos and videos. Providing a step-by-step guide can be helpful.

  • Offer Incentives: Consider offering discounts or rewards for customers who submit photo or video reviews. This can significantly increase the number of multimedia reviews you receive.

  • Reminders: Utilize the reminder feature effectively. Setting the reminder to send after a few days gives customers enough time to use the product and capture their experiences.

  • Showcase Reviews: Display photo and video reviews prominently on your product pages. Highlighting these reviews can encourage more customers to submit their own.

  • Personalize Requests: Personalize your review requests by addressing customers by their names and thanking them for their purchase. Personalized emails can increase the likelihood of receiving a review.

  • Quality Over Quantity: Encourage customers to focus on the quality of their reviews. Detailed reviews with clear photos or videos are more valuable than a high quantity of brief reviews.

By enabling photo and video reviews and using the reminder feature, you can gather authentic, visually engaging testimonials that build trust and drive sales.
