The Klaviyo integration syncs your Quoli review data directly into Klaviyo, giving you the power to build email segments and automated flows based on review activity. Target customers who left positive reviews for upsells, re-engage those who haven't reviewed yet, or trigger post-review thank-you flows.
What Gets Synced
When connected, Quoli sends review events to Klaviyo including:
Review Submitted: Triggered when a customer submits a review. Includes star rating, review text, product name, and reviewer details.
Review Published: Triggered when a review is approved and goes live on your store.
These events appear as custom metrics in Klaviyo, which you can use to build segments, trigger flows, and personalize emails.
Setting Up the Integration
Step 1: Get your Klaviyo API Key. In your Klaviyo account, go to Settings β API Keys β Create Private API Key. Copy the key.
Step 2: In your Quoli dashboard, go to Settings β Integrations β Klaviyo.
Step 3: Paste your Klaviyo API Key into the field.
Step 4: Click Verify to confirm the connection.
Once verified, Quoli will begin syncing review events to your Klaviyo account automatically.
What You Can Do With It
Build review-based segments. Create segments like "Customers who left 5-star reviews" for referral and loyalty campaigns, or "Customers who left 1-2 star reviews" for win-back outreach.
Trigger post-review flows. Set up a Klaviyo flow that sends a thank-you email with a discount code automatically after a customer leaves a positive review.
Personalize email content. Use review data as conditional splits in your flows β send different follow-ups based on the star rating a customer gave.
Re-engage non-reviewers. Segment customers who purchased but haven't reviewed yet, and target them with a dedicated review request flow in Klaviyo.

Troubleshooting
"API Key Invalid" error: Make sure you're using a Private API Key, not a Public API Key. Public keys won't work for this integration.
Events not appearing in Klaviyo: After connecting, it can take a few minutes for the first events to sync. Submit a test review and check Klaviyo's Activity Feed to confirm data is flowing.
Missing review data in events: Ensure the review has been fully submitted (not just started). Draft or incomplete reviews won't trigger events.
