Plant a tree for every review

GoodAPI Trees turns each approved review into a real planted tree.

Here is a review incentive that costs your margin nothing and means something: a real tree planted for every review collected, in your store's name. GoodAPI Trees is a verified tree-planting partner, the integration is free on every plan, and it gives customers a reason to review that is not about them at all.

Turn it on

  1. Open Settings, then Integrations, and find the GoodAPI Trees card.

  2. Click Connect. One-click authorization, no credentials.

  3. Confirm, and you are planting.

How it works underneath

The integration rides on Flow: every newly approved review fires the trigger, and the trigger plants one tree through GoodAPI. Approved is the key word, the moderation gate means imports and spam never inflate your forest, each tree maps to one real customer voice.

Tell people, that is the point

The planting is automatic, the marketing is yours:

  • In your review request email. One line changes the ask: "Your review plants a tree." It reframes reviewing from favor to contribution.

  • On your review form. A short note in the form copy, set in Review form settings, meets the customer at the moment of decision.

  • On your storefront and socials. A running count makes nice content: "1,200 reviews, 1,200 trees."

Why this works as an incentive

Discounts attract deal-seekers, trees attract believers. For brands with any sustainability story, the tree incentive recruits exactly the customers who write thoughtful reviews, and it never trains anyone to expect a coupon. Plenty of stores run both: a discount for media, a tree for everything.

šŸ’” Tip: Add the tree line to your reminder email too. The customer who ignored the first ask sometimes shows up for the forest.
