Automate with Flow

Review triggers for no-code automations: tag, alert, reward, and more.

Flow is your platform's no-code automation builder, and this integration gives it ears for reviews. Quoli adds three triggers to your Flow editor, review created, review approved, and low rating, so review activity can set off any automation you can assemble. Free on every Quoli plan. Flow itself is part of your store platform's toolset.

Turn it on

  1. Open Settings, then Integrations, and find the Flow card.

  2. Click Connect. It is a one-click authorization, no credentials.

  3. Open your Flow editor, and the Quoli triggers are ready to build on.

The three triggers

  • Review created. Fires the moment any review arrives, before moderation.

  • Review approved. Fires when a review goes live, the clean trigger for anything customer-facing.

  • Low rating. Fires on poor ratings, your automation-grade smoke alarm.

Automations merchants actually run

  • Tag reviewers. Approved review adds a "reviewer" tag to the customer, low rating adds "detractor". Your segments stay current with zero handling.

  • Alert the team. Low rating posts to your team chat or emails support, so recovery starts within hours, not at the weekly review.

  • Reward loyalty. Approved review from a repeat customer triggers store credit or a tag your loyalty program reads.

  • Open a ticket. Low rating creates a support ticket automatically, turning a bad review into a case instead of a surprise.

šŸ’” Tip: Build the low rating alert first, it is five minutes of work. The fastest way to fewer negative reviews is hearing about each one while the customer still wants to talk. And it is the trigger behind tree planting too, Flow quietly powers more than alerts.
