Connect Klaviyo

Review events on every profile, so your flows can react to feedback.

The Klaviyo integration turns reviews into marketing fuel. Every review and question becomes an event on the customer's Klaviyo profile, which means your segments and flows can finally react to what customers say, not just what they buy. Available on Growth and up.

Connect it

  1. Open Settings, then Integrations, and find the Klaviyo card.

  2. Grab your private API key from Klaviyo under Account, Settings, API Keys.

  3. Click Connect, paste the key, and confirm.

  4. Click Verify connection to confirm the link is live.

Your key is stored encrypted, and the card shows the last verified time from then on.

What flows in

Review and question activity lands on the matching Klaviyo profile as events, with the useful properties along for the ride: rating, product, media. From there, Klaviyo's own tools take over, segments built on review behavior, and flows triggered by review events.

Flows worth building first

  • Photo review thank-you. A warm note, maybe a perk, for customers who shared media. Your best UGC source, nurtured.

  • Detractor win-back. A low rating triggers a service-toned email before the customer drifts. Quiet saves, real revenue.

  • Reviewer segments. Exclude recent reviewers from review-ask campaigns, or build a VIP segment of repeat reviewers for early drops.
