Quoli’s email blocklist feature ensures your data and customer experience stay relevant and accurate.

In this article:

Why Use an Email Blocklist?

  • Prevent internal team, test, or problematic contacts from receiving review or request emails

  • Keep review results, metrics, and automations focused only on your real customers

  • Avoid sending unnecessary emails and keep your sender reputation healthy

Want to learn more about review automations and data accuracy? See Configuring Email Settings.

How to Add Emails to Your Blocklist

Click on the 'Add email' button to add a new email address that you want to add to the blocklist.

  1. Go to Settings in your Quoli dashboard.

  2. Click the General tab, then select "Email blocklist."

  3. Hit Add email and enter any address you want to exclude from review requests.

  4. Click Add to save—done!

All emails you add will be fully blocked from receiving future Quoli automated emails (review requests, reminders, etc).

Editing or Removing Blocked Addresses

  • To edit/remove, simply find the email in your blocklist and click the “trash” or “edit” icon.

  • Changes are instant—great if you want to retest flows or restore deliverability to an address.

Best Practices & Pro Tips

  • Use domain wildcards (e.g. *@yourcompany.com) to block all internal/test users at once

  • Regularly clean your list—remove outdated test emails, or add new ones as needed

  • Combine with your Configuring Notification Settings and Email Automation to keep email workflows perfectly targeted
