Personalize your sender details, reply addresses, and even block product-based automations—all from your Settings page.

In this article:

Access Email Settings

  1. Go to Settings in your Quoli dashboard.

  2. Click the General tab, then open Email Settings.

Need to keep your recipient list clean? See Setting Up Email Blocklist.

Update Sender Name and Email

  • In the From Name field, enter the name customers should see (“Your Store Team” or your brand).

  • This displays as the sender for all automated Quoli emails.

Set a Reply-To Address

  • Enter the email you want replies routed to; common choices are support@ or reviews@ addresses for better organization and faster responses.

Use Custom Sender Domain

  • Select or add the custom domain you want emails sent from (yourstore.com).

  • Quoli authenticates your domain for high deliverability.

  • Follow on-screen prompts if DNS steps are needed, reach out to support for help if stuck!

💡 Upgrade to the Unlimited plan to unlock branded sender domains, dedicated onboarding, and advanced deliverability.

Block Products From Receiving Emails

  • Want to stop automated emails for specific SKUs (test, custom, samples)?

  • Use the Product Blocklist section:

    1. Click Add Products.

    2. Search and select any SKUs to block.

    3. Saving the listed products will not receive future automations.

For customer-based blocking, see Setting Up Email Blocklist.

Best Practices and Troubleshooting

  • Use a dedicated sender/reply email for review flows so nothing gets lost.

  • Verify your sender domain for top inbox rates and brand credibility.

  • Routinely review product/customer blocklists to keep campaigns targeted.

  • Test by sending yourself a review request from each email type.
