Brand settings exist so you style Quoli once instead of styling every widget. Set your logo, color, and font here, and every widget, form, and email starts from them. Individual widgets can still override colors in the theme editor, but they all inherit from this page first.
Open Settings, then Brand.
Logo
Click Upload logo and add a PNG or JPEG up to 500KB. It appears in your emails, your widgets, and hosted review pages, wherever Quoli speaks for your store.
Colors
Two fields with one relationship: your brand color drives buttons, accents, and highlights, and the text color renders on top of it. If your brand color is light, set the text dark. The preview updates as you type, so unreadable combinations have nowhere to hide.

Typography
Pick from the system default plus a curated set: Inter, Roboto, Open Sans, Poppins, Playfair Display, Lora, and Montserrat. The system default inherits whatever your theme uses, which is the safest match. Choose a specific font when you want Quoli surfaces to carry your brand type even inside emails.
Your brand voice, for QI
On Unlimited, two more cards teach QI how your store talks:
Voice style. Formal, casual, playful, or premium, the register QI uses when drafting replies and answers. Turn on Auto-train QI on store voice and it also learns from your past replies and emails, so drafts sound like you rather than like a template.
Banned phrases. Words QI must never use. Every brand has them. Add yours and QI drafts route around them automatically.
š” Tip: Do this page before placing widgets, it is also a step in your dashboard setup guide. Two minutes here saves you recoloring ten widgets later, and it is the difference between "an app on my site" and "part of my site".
