Export Reviews from Judge.me

  1. Log in to Your Judge.me Account:

    • Access your Judge.me dashboard using your credentials.

  2. Navigate to the Export Section:

    • Go to the "Manage reviews" tab.

    • Scroll down to the "Export reviews" section (as shown in the provided screenshot).

  3. Choose the Reviews to Export:

    • The system will generate a CSV file containing all the selected reviews.

  4. Download the CSV File:

    • Once the export process is complete, download the CSV file to your computer. Ensure the file contains all necessary data fields like review text, customer names, ratings, and dates.

Prepare the CSV File for Quoli

Before importing the CSV file to Quoli, ensure it meets Quoli’s format requirements. This may involve reformatting column headers or data structures to match Quoli's expected input.

Import Reviews into Quoli

  1. Log in to Your Quoli Account:

    • Access your Quoli dashboard using your credentials.

  2. Navigate to the Import Section:

    • Go to the "Import reviews" tab within the dashboard.

  3. Upload the CSV File:

    • Click on the upload button and select the CSV file you exported from Judge.me.

    • Follow the on-screen instructions to map the CSV data to Quoli’s fields. Ensure that each review element (like ratings, comments, and customer information) is correctly aligned with Quoli’s system.

  4. Review and Confirm the Import:

    • Once the mapping is complete, review the data for accuracy.

    • Confirm and start the import process. Quoli will notify you once the import is complete.

Verify the Imported Reviews

  1. Check for Accuracy:

    • Navigate to the "Manage reviews" section in Quoli.

    • Verify that all reviews have been imported correctly, ensuring no data is missing or misaligned.

  2. Test Review Display:

    • Ensure that the reviews are displayed correctly on your storefront. Check various widgets and templates to confirm that the review data integrates seamlessly.
