🐦 Twitter (X) Integration

Share your best product reviews automatically on Twitter/X to amplify social proof and keep your products visible to followers.

Updated today

The Twitter (X) integration lets you automatically share your best product reviews as tweets, turning customer feedback into social content that builds credibility and drives traffic back to your store.

What This Integration Does

When enabled, Quoli can post product reviews directly to your connected Twitter/X account. This turns every great review into a social media asset β€” amplifying word-of-mouth beyond your store and into your followers' feeds.

Each tweet includes the review text, star rating, and a link back to the product on your store, driving social traffic and reinforcing trust.

Setting Up the Integration

Step 1: Go to Quoli Dashboard β†’ Settings β†’ Integrations β†’ Twitter.

Step 2: Click Connect to begin the Twitter authorization flow.

Step 3: Authorize Quoli to post on behalf of your Twitter account.

Step 4: Once connected, configure your preferences β€” choose which star ratings qualify for sharing (recommended: 4-5 stars only).

Best Practices

Only share 4-5 star reviews. Your Twitter feed should showcase your best social proof. Automatically sharing all reviews β€” including negative ones β€” would hurt your brand image.

Don't over-post. If you're getting many reviews daily, set a limit on how many tweets go out. Too many review tweets can feel spammy to followers.

Mix with other content. Review tweets work best as part of a balanced content strategy β€” combine them with product updates, behind-the-scenes content, and engagement posts.

πŸ’‘ Pro Tip: Pin your best review tweet to the top of your profile. A glowing customer review as your pinned post instantly builds trust with anyone visiting your Twitter page.

Troubleshooting

Authorization failing: Make sure you're logged into the correct Twitter account in your browser before starting the authorization flow. If it fails, try clearing your browser cookies and attempting again.

Tweets not posting: Check that the integration is still connected (authorization tokens can expire). Go to Settings β†’ Integrations β†’ Twitter to verify the connection status.

Duplicate tweets: Twitter/X may reject duplicate content. If a review is very similar to one already tweeted, it may be blocked by Twitter's spam filters.
