The best line in a review often sits in the middle of it. Pull it out as a nugget, and it shows on the product page where shoppers decide, with the whole review a tap away.
Where: Reviews: Create nugget on a published 4 or 5 star review, or in its popup. Nuggets: QI suggestions and Opportunities.
A nugget: The customer's own words, up to 280 characters
Plans: Growth and up. QI suggestions need Advanced and up.
Choose the line
In Reviews, find a published 4 or 5 star review. The 5 star filter helps.
Click Create nugget on it, or in its popup's Promote card.
Pick the line, check the preview, and click Publish nugget.
➀ The review's lines. Its title and each of its sentences.
➁ QI suggestion. The line QI's rules rate best: a full thought, in the reviewer's own voice.
➂ Your pick. Here a line that says what the product did, which sells more than how they came to buy it.
➃ Select words. Drag across any words in the review to use just those. Whole words only, and never more than 280 characters.
➄ Preview. The nugget as the Nuggets Slider shows it: the review's photo, stars and date, the line and the reviewer. A long line shows on two lines, then cuts off.
➅ Publish nugget. It's live on the product page straight away.
There's no box to type in: a nugget is always the customer's words, so it can never say something they didn't.
One click with QI
On Advanced and up, a 4 or 5 star review without a nugget shows QI's suggestion under it in Reviews, with Publish nugget beside it. The same suggestion sits in the review's popup, in Nuggets ▸ QI suggestions and in Opportunities. Publishing it skips the picker; Create nugget still opens it when you'd rather choose.
Change a nugget's line
In Nuggets, click Change line on a nugget. The same picker opens on its words: pick another line or select other words from the same review, and click Save line. The nugget changes on your store.
A review with a nugget shows how many it has in Reviews. To take a nugget down, archive or delete it in Nuggets, as Nuggets: turn reviews into highlights explains.
💡 Tip: Pick the line that says what changed for the customer: "My skin looks plump and dewy in the morning" sells; "I bought this for my winter routine" doesn't. Check QI's pick against that before you publish it.
