A missing widget is almost always one of five things, and they are quick to check in order.
1. Is the core script on?
The core script powers every Quoli widget. In your theme editor, open the App embeds panel and confirm the Quoli core script is toggled on, then save. It is also step one of your dashboard setup guide, which deep-links you straight to it.
2. Is the block actually placed?
Open Settings, then Widgets, and read the card's status badge. Quoli reads this from your theme itself: Active means the block is placed and enabled, Inactive means it is not there. If it is Inactive, click Open in theme editor, place the block, and save.

3. Are you looking at the right theme?
Blocks live per theme. If Quoli was set up on an unpublished or development theme, the widgets exist there, not on your live storefront. Preview that theme to see them, or add the blocks to your published theme too. The same applies in reverse after a redesign goes live.
4. Are you on the right page type?
Product page widgets render on product pages, the carousel renders where its block was placed on the homepage, cart reviews render on the cart. A block placed on one template does not appear on another, every template needs its own placement.
5. Does the widget have anything to show?
Some widgets stay quiet by design when empty. The Nuggets Slider renders nothing until real nuggets are published, star ratings can be set to hide on products without reviews, and media-only settings hide widgets on products with text-only reviews. Check the widget's content settings in the theme editor.
š” Tip: After any fix, hard-refresh your storefront tab. Browsers cache aggressively, and yesterday's page is the most common false alarm in this list.
