The Product Groups feature in Quoli allows you to manage and display reviews across multiple products in a cohesive manner. This feature is particularly useful for stores that sell similar or bundled products, ensuring that reviews are visible across all relevant products, enhancing social proof and customer trust.
Types of Product Groups
Identical Product Groups
Purpose: Display the same set of reviews across similar products. This is ideal for products that are essentially the same but may have variations (e.g., different colors or sizes).
Setup:
Go to the Quoli dashboard and navigate to the Groups section under Reviews.
Click on Create New and select Identical as the group type.
Name the group for internal reference.
Select the products that belong to this group by searching for the product names.
Click Done to save the group.
Bundle Product Groups
Purpose: Display reviews for a bundle of products on a single page, making it easy for customers to see feedback on bundled offerings.
Setup:
From the same Groups section, click Create New and choose Bundle as the group type.
Assign a name to the bundle group.
Select the bundle by searching for its name in the Select Bundle dropdown.
Add the individual products that are part of this bundle.
Click Done to complete the setup.
