Product Groups let you share reviews across multiple related products. Instead of each product starting with zero reviews, grouped products pool their reviews together β so a product available in 5 colors shows all reviews on every color variant's page.
Why Use Product Groups
Maximize social proof. New product variants or bundle pages often have few or no reviews. Grouping lets you display all relevant reviews from day one, giving every product page strong social proof.
Better customer experience. Shoppers see all feedback for related items in one place, making it easier to evaluate the product and decide to purchase.
Simplified management. Instead of manually managing reviews across dozens of similar products, groups let you control everything from a single view.
Types of Product Groups
Identical Product Groups
Use this when you have products that are essentially the same item with variations β different colors, sizes, materials, or packaging. All reviews are displayed on every product in the group.
Example: A t-shirt available in Black, White, and Navy. A review left on the Black version will also appear on the White and Navy product pages.
Bundle Product Groups
Use this when you sell a bundle that contains individual products also sold separately. The bundle page will display reviews from all the individual products it contains.
Example: A "Complete Skincare Set" bundle containing a cleanser, toner, and moisturizer. The bundle page shows reviews from all three individual product pages.

Managing Product Groups
Editing a group: Click on any group in the Groups list to add or remove products, change the group name, or switch the group type.
Deleting a group: Click on a group and select the delete option. Deleting a group doesn't delete any reviews β it just stops sharing reviews across those products.
π‘ Pro Tip: If you frequently launch new color variants, create the product group early and add new variants as they're released. This way, every new product page launches with existing reviews already visible.
Troubleshooting
Reviews not showing on grouped products: After creating a group, allow a few minutes for reviews to sync across all products in the group. Refresh the product page to check.
Wrong reviews appearing: Double-check which products are in the group. If a product was added by mistake, remove it from the group and the reviews will no longer display on that page.
Review count looks inflated: This is expected behavior β grouped products share their review pool, so the total count reflects all reviews across the group.
