πŸ“„ Dedicated Reviews Page

Create a standalone "Happy Customers" page to showcase all your store's reviews in one place β€” boosting trust, SEO, and conversions.

Updated today

A dedicated reviews page gives your store a single destination where visitors can browse all customer feedback across every product. It's one of the most effective ways to build trust with first-time buyers and improve your site's search visibility.

Why Create a Reviews Page

Build trust with new visitors. A page full of authentic reviews shows potential customers that real people buy from and recommend your store. This is especially powerful for brands that are still building awareness.

Improve SEO. Reviews pages are rich in unique, keyword-dense content that search engines love. Each review naturally includes product names, use cases, and descriptive language that can help your site rank for long-tail searches.

Increase conversions. Shoppers who visit a reviews page are actively looking for validation before purchasing. Making it easy to find positive feedback helps them move from browsing to buying.

Create a shareable asset. Link to your reviews page from email campaigns, social media, ads, and your site navigation. It becomes a go-to resource you can promote across all channels.

Creating Your Reviews Page

Step 1: Go to your Quoli Dashboard. On the home screen, find the "Publish your dedicated reviews page" section.

Step 2: Click Create Page. Quoli will generate a new page in your Shopify store.

Step 3: Customize the page layout, widgets, and display options to match your brand. You can choose which review widgets to show (star ratings, text reviews, photo/video reviews), configure filtering and sorting options for visitors, and set SEO metadata (page title, meta description) for search visibility.

Step 4: Click Publish to make the page live on your store.

πŸ’‘ Pro Tip: Name your page something inviting like "Happy Customers," "What People Are Saying," or "Reviews" β€” something that feels warm and encourages visitors to explore.

Promoting Your Reviews Page

Creating the page is step one β€” making sure people find it is step two.

Add it to your main navigation. Put a "Reviews" or "Happy Customers" link in your header or footer menu so it's always accessible.

Link from product pages. Add a "See all reviews" link on individual product pages that points to your dedicated reviews page.

Include in email campaigns. Feature your reviews page in post-purchase emails, newsletters, and promotional campaigns as a trust-building touchpoint.

Share on social media. Post the link on Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter to drive social traffic to your strongest social proof.

Troubleshooting

Page not showing reviews: Make sure you have published reviews in your Quoli dashboard. The page only displays reviews with a "published" status.

Page not appearing in navigation: After creating the page in Quoli, you still need to add a link to it in your Shopify navigation. Go to Shopify Admin β†’ Online Store β†’ Navigation and add the page to your desired menu.

Layout doesn't match my theme: The reviews page inherits your theme's global styles. If spacing or fonts look off, check your theme's page template settings in the Shopify theme editor.
