The Shop App integration syncs your Quoli reviews with Shopify's Shop App, so customers browsing your products through the Shop channel see the same social proof they'd see on your online store. This gives your products an edge in Shop App search results and product pages.
What This Integration Does
When enabled, reviews collected through your online store via Quoli are automatically displayed on your Shop App product listings. Customers browsing the Shop App will see star ratings and review counts, giving them the confidence to purchase directly from the app.
This creates a unified review experience across both sales channels — your online store and the Shop App.
Setting Up the Integration
Step 1: Go to Quoli Dashboard → Settings → Integrations → Shop App.
Step 2: Click Turn on to enable the integration.
That's it — once enabled, your reviews will begin syncing to the Shop App automatically.
⚠️ Requirement: This integration is only available for stores that are eligible for the Shop App. Your store must have the Shop sales channel installed and active in your Shopify admin.
Managing Shop App Reviews
Reviews displayed on the Shop App are the same reviews managed in your Quoli dashboard. Any review you publish, unpublish, or delete in Quoli will be reflected on the Shop App.
To control whether your online store reviews are visible on the Shop App, you can also adjust settings in your Shopify Admin → Sales Channels → Shop → Settings.
💡 Pro Tip: Products with reviews consistently rank higher in Shop App search results. Prioritize collecting reviews on your top products to improve discoverability within the app.
Troubleshooting
Reviews not appearing on Shop App: After enabling, it can take up to 24 hours for reviews to sync. Ensure your Shop sales channel is installed and active in Shopify.
"Store not eligible" message: Not all stores qualify for the Shop App. Check your Shopify admin under Sales Channels to verify Shop is available for your store.
Star ratings showing but no review text: The Shop App may display ratings differently than your storefront. This is controlled by Shopify's Shop App settings, not Quoli.
