Plans and billing

Four published plans, a 14 day trial, and no surprises at the limit.

Quoli has four plans at published rates. No custom quotes, no sales calls, and the page that manages it all lives at Settings, then Plans, where you can see your usage, compare plans, and switch in one click.

The four plans

  • Free, $0. Collect and display reviews on every product page. 100 monthly store orders and 100 review requests a month, questions and answers, attributes and photos, the full widget library, WhatsApp via Dondy, Shop App, and rich snippets.

  • Starter, $10 per month. Everything in Free, plus rewards and your own sender. 1,000 orders and requests a month, media review discounts, review editing requests, a branded sender domain, X sharing, and video reviews.

  • Growth, $30 per month. Everything in Starter, plus the full social proof stack. 5,000 orders and requests a month, UGC ads and social banners, nuggets and opportunities, Meta and Google Shopping, AfterShip, Klaviyo, and iCart, QI review summaries, and QI confidence moderation. The most popular plan.

  • Unlimited, $300 per month. Everything in Growth, plus the full Quoli Intelligence suite. Unlimited orders and requests, QI replies and answers, sentiment analysis, QI insights and the full agent, store reviews and QR codes, and API access.

The trial, in plain words

Your first move from Free to any paid plan starts a 14 day trial. Cancel before it ends and you are back on Free with everything you collected. No card-on-file gotchas, no auto-upgrade tricks.

Every paid plan includes

  • White-glove migration. Our team imports your existing reviews from any major tool, with verified-buyer flags and media preserved. Most stores switch in 1 to 2 days.

  • A custom integration build. A one-off Klaviyo flow, AfterShip template, or webhook, built for you, included.

Limits, switches, and the fine print

  • What counts as an order. Any order processed in the calendar month, whether or not it triggers a request. Subscription renewals and B2B orders can be excluded by tag.

  • Hitting your limit. You get an email at 80 percent and again at 100. Review requests pause at the limit until the month resets or you upgrade. Nothing is ever charged silently, and everything else keeps working.

  • Switching. Upgrades apply immediately with the difference prorated. Downgrades apply at the next billing cycle, so you keep what you paid for. No fees, no notice period, and your data carries over in every direction.

Your current plan card at the top of the page shows requests and QI actions used this cycle, and your renewal date, so the state of your account is never a mystery.

šŸ’” Tip: Pick by order volume first, features second. The plan ladder tracks store size closely enough that the right tier is usually just the one whose order cap fits.
