Quoli bills monthly in USD on your store's bill, the same one your apps and subscription are on. There are no contracts or fees: change your plan or move to Free from Settings ▸ Plans whenever you like.

The free trial
Moving from Free to any paid plan for the first time starts a 14-day free trial. Move back to Free before it ends and you aren't charged. When it ends, the plan's monthly price starts on your store's bill. Everything you collected stays either way.
Change your plan
In Settings ▸ Plans, click the button on the plan you want.
Read the popup, then continue. You confirm the change on your platform's secure billing page.
The new plan starts as soon as you confirm, not at the end of your billing period.

Every change resets your review request count to the new plan's monthly limit. Your reviews stay, and your widgets keep showing them. Features above your plan pause, such as AI summaries or nuggets on your store, and come back when you upgrade again.
Going over your review requests
When you reach your plan's review requests for the period, requests pause until your next billing period starts or you upgrade. You're never charged for going over, and your widgets and on-site reviews keep working. Reviews left on your site, store reviews and imported reviews don't count toward the limit.
Cancel
Move to Free from Settings ▸ Plans and billing stops right away. There's no notice period and no cancellation fee, and every review you collected stays yours. Uninstalling Quoli also ends its billing.
💡 Tip: Try a bigger plan during your 14-day trial and switch on everything it adds. You'll see from your own reviews whether nuggets, UGC Ads or QI earn their keep before you pay anything.
