The Quoli Dashboard is your command center β€” a live snapshot of your review engine's performance with quick access to every feature. Here's what you'll find and how to use it.

Key metrics at a glance

The top of your dashboard shows real-time stats:

  • Review requests β€” Sent, delivered, opened, and clicked. Track your email funnel performance.

  • Requests scheduled β€” Upcoming review invites queued for delivery.

  • Pending orders β€” Orders that haven't triggered a review request yet.

  • Reviews collected β€” Total reviews received from customers.

  • Photos & videos β€” UGC submitted with reviews (your most powerful conversion tool).

  • Q&A stats β€” Questions received, answered, and unanswered.

Action cards

Below the metrics, you'll see action cards β€” high-impact opportunities Quoli surfaces for you:

  • Reward media reviews β€” Set up discounts for photo/video reviews to boost UGC.

  • Add product attributes β€” Collect structured feedback (sizing, quality, etc.).

  • Enable Nuggets β€” Show review snippets near the Add to Cart button.

  • Moderate pending reviews β€” Clear your review queue.

  • Answer unanswered questions β€” Respond to customer Q&A.

Navigating from the dashboard

The left sidebar gives you quick access to every section:

  • Reviews β€” Manage Reviews, Collect Reviews, Emails Library, Widget Library, Attributes, Import/Export, Groups

  • Orders β€” Track all orders and review request statuses

  • Q&A β€” Manage product questions and answers

  • Nuggets β€” Configure social proof nuggets

  • UGC β€” Create ads from customer photos and videos

  • Settings β€” General, Branding, Integrations, Plans

Notifications

By default, Quoli sends notifications to your store email when new reviews come in. To change the notification email:

  1. Go to Quoli β†’ Settings β†’ General β†’ Notifications.

  2. Update your email address.

  3. Click Save.
