Opening the summary plays a brief reveal as the text and numbers draw themselves in, a small moment of polish shoppers notice.

Your store also gets one summary across all reviews, the at-a-glance answer to "what do customers think of this brand". It powers the summary line in surfaces like the Reviews Sidebar header, the first thing a checking shopper reads.

The QI summary card in Analytics works the other direction, written for you rather than your shoppers: a short read on how the period went with a few highlighted findings, stamped with when it was generated.
